- Complaints regarding digital media content under IT Rules 2021.
- Copyright or intellectual property disputes.
How to File a Grievance
To file a grievance, please email the Grievance Officer with the following details:
- Your full name and contact information.
- URL of the content in question (if applicable).
- A clear description of your grievance.
- Any supporting evidence or documentation.
Resolution Timeline
Acknowledgement of receipt of your grievance.
Resolution or update on the status of your grievance (as per IT Rules 2021).
Final resolution communicated in writing.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the Press Council of India at presscouncil.nic.in.
