Reporting Copyright Infringement

Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will notify the user who posted the content of the takedown.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same contact details above. Please include the information required under the DMCA for a valid counter-notification.
Repeat Infringers
The National Index will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
